Delicious spanakopita


  • 1 pound fresh spinach, washed and chopped
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 4 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 package phyllo dough, thawed


1. Prep the Filling:

  • Add the chopped onions and garlic, sauté until softened.

  • Brush the top layer with olive oil.

4. Bake:
