Ingredients

2 potatoes grated peeled

1 onion grated

1 egg

2 tbs plain flour

1 pinch salt and pepper *to taste
Method

Combine potatoes and onion with egg in a bowl.

Add flour slowly until mixture comes together.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Cover base of fry-pan with oil and heat.

Add spoons full of mixture into frypan and flatten.

Turn and cook until golden on both sides.
