Air Fryer Fried Rice with Chicken and Veggies


  • 3 cups (325g) rice cold
  • 1 cup (130g) chicken leftover and cubed
  • 5 tbsp tamari soy sauce or regular if not gluten free
  • 1.5 cup frozen veggies (I used sweet corn and peas)
  • 2 green onions (spring onions), sliced
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp chili sauce optional
  • salt to taste


  • Preheat the air fryer to 350F / 180C.
  • Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl.
  • Then transfer to a non-stick pan that fits inside the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 20 mins, stirring the rice mixture a couple of times during cooking.
