Easy Air Fryer Tuna Melt Wraps

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cans of tuna – The tuna will need to be completely drained. Any water left behind could make the tuna salad watery.
  • Mayo – I used full fat mayonnaise, but you can use low fat mayo or a mayo substitute if you prefer.
  • Yellow Onion
  • Dill Pickle Relish
  • Dijon Mustard
  • Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • Seasonings: Ground Black Pepper, Garlic Powder
  • Flour Tortillas
  • Butter

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Make the tuna salad: To a medium bowl, add the tuna, mayo, dill relish, onion, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and pepper. Mix until blended

2. Warm the tortillas: Place the tortillas onto a microwave safe plate and cover them with a damp paper towel. Microwave the tortillas for 20 seconds until warm.

3. Preheat the air fryer to 380 degrees Fahrenheit and set the timer for 4 minutes.

4. Assemble the wraps: Add about a half a cup of tuna salad to one tortilla, top with cheese, and roll it up like a burrito. Repeat this for the remaining 3 tortillas.

5. Brush the top of each wrap with melted butter.

6. Add wraps to the air fryer and cook for 4 minutes until golden brown.

7. Remove wraps from the air fryer. Let cool. Cut in half, then enjoy!
