Instruction
Add the water to a large mixing bowl, and mix with the eggs, sugar, and yeast.
Step 1
Add flour and stir. Cover and let the batter rise for 20 minutes,
Step 2
Add the salt, paprika, ham, carrots and green onions. Mix until fully combined.
Step 3
Scoop the batter, then lower the ladle into hot oil. Fry until the fritters become puffy.
Step 4
Repeat again.
Step 5
Fry the fritters until golden brown on both sides.
